YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF USE WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ANY CHANGES TO OUR TERMS OF USE. THE TERMS OF USE INCLUDE PROVISIONS FOR MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
